Adi's PhD Thesis is a deep fusion of the ergodic theory with complex analysis. She studied
non-trivial translation-invariant probability measures on the space of entire functions.
Their existence was discovered by Benjy Weiss several years ago, and his work raised
a number of intriguing and challenging questions. In her thesis Adi completely answered
some of them. One of her main results describes the minimal possible growth of entire functions
in the support of such measures and answers the question asked by Benjy Weiss in his work.

The doctorate thesis of Itay Londner concerns some problems in Fourier analysis on the circle group.
The main subject is: to study the arithmetic properties of families of exponentials {e^ilt} ,l\in L , with integer frequencies , which
constitutes a Riesz sequence on a given set of positive measure.
More precisely : how long progression with given step must belong to L ? Some sharp estimates on this problem are obtained in the thesis.
